Ghana Youth Awards Summary

The Ghana Youth Awards will highlight and acknowledge the efforts of Ghanaian youths (15-35 years) in every field of endeavor across the globe.

Initially, awards will be given in sixteen (16) individual categories, three (3) group awards, and a community service award. These will be reviewed and expanded over time and in response to consultation with faculty and members of the event committee. The awards will be a celebration of youth, culture and most importantly creativity!

Laureates will receive prizes comprising of a winning plaque, a hamper of corporate products and a sponsorship package to help pursue their efforts.

The goal of the GYA is to acknowledge the achievements of exceptional young Ghanaians in country and around the world making significant impact in Ghana. GYA also seeks to promote positive youth development by inspiring young people to achieve greater heights as their peers (awardees), and to know that good achievements are recognized and appreciated.
